Kelly Donigan

Kelly is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor and attorney with 5+ years in the
sports representation business. At Authentic Athletix, Kelly is integral

to expanding and cultivating the AA brand.

Kelly’s expertise and connections throughout the sports world
enable him to secure representation agreements with multiple successful
NFL first-round draft picks. Kelly also procurers player endorsement deals and guides clients through the draft process and beyond.

A 2020 graduate of Wake Forrest Law School.  Kelly currently resides in Skaneateles, New York with his wife and child (with another on the way)

Fred Howard

Fred Howard is an NFLPA Contract Advisor who leads the Southern Division of Authentic Athletix. His primary objective is to help his clients maximize their market value during their playing careers and equip them with the necessary tools to succeed after their playing days are over. Prior joining Authentic Athletix, Fred worked as an agent with Pro Stars while also building a broadcasting career with CBS Television. He is a resident of Jackson, Mississippi, and holds a Doctorate in Theology from the Theology Institute in Houston, Texas, in addition to attending Rutgers University.

Dave Silva is a highly dedicated individual with a diverse background in education, real estate, and now as an NFLPA-certified contract advisor for 15 years and counting. His academic credentials—holding a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA and an M.S. in Education from San Jose State University—underscore his commitment to learning and understanding human dynamics, which are crucial in his roles as a teacher, real estate agent, and now a sports agent.

His emphasis on honesty, loyalty, integrity, and care in serving his clients reflects his values-driven approach to his work. By striving to positively impact his athletes' NFL careers and their lives beyond football, Dave Silva prioritizes long-term relationships and holistic development, aiming to support his clients not only professionally but also personally.
